H&B Security System is a company located in the municipality of Bayamón, founded in the year 2002 by Mr. Iván Negrón Rivera and Mr. Juan M. Maldonado, with 30 years of combined experience, decided to form a service oriented company in providing installation, maintenance and service of security, fire and communication systems island wide.

We are register with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for federal government jobs.

We provide fire detection to new and existing construction from single-story-buildings to high-rise office complexes and multi-building campuses through consultation and design; turnkey project management, installation, certification and operator training; and after installation services that includes test and inspection, preventive maintenance and central station monitoring.

H&B is the proud distributor of  Notifier, manufacturer of engineered fire alarm systems  with over 50 years in the leadership position in the fire alarm industry.

We offer educational, institutional, healthcare and manufacturing facilities installation and maintenance of time systems. This system enables complete synchronization of analog and/or digital time keeping and display systems.

H&B provide complete solutions that link access control, closed-circuit TV (CCTV), intrusion detection, security management, and video badging with fire protection system.
